The UK hosted the 26th UN Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP26) in Glasgow on 31 October – 13 November 2021.
The COP26 summit brought parties together to accelerate action towards the goals of the Paris Agreement and the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change.

The Glasgow COP kept 1.5°C in reach, and throughout our Presidency Year we continued to deliver vital #ClimateAction across the globe.
In this critical decade, the #GlasgowClimatePact must remain the blueprint for action.
The progress on loss and damage is historic.
But this is not a moment of unqualified celebration.
